We Source London.properties sourced and acquired this property on behalf of an investor as a Buy 2 Let as part of our portfolio building service. It was important that Negotiations were tough when acquiring this property in an attempt to make some money for the investor on the way in.WSL.P plan to add value to this property by giving it a refurb and adding another bedroom. We converted this from a 4 bed > 5 bed by turning the kitchen into an additional bedroom and adding a kitchen unit into the reception room. We completed on this project in February and have since refurbished, dressed, and tenanted this property adding another quality unit to the rental market. This was a buy to hold so we assisted our investor on the refinance once it was completed and revalued.

This property was very badly neglected and needed a bit more than some TLC to get this unit back on the rental market. WBL.P were able to secure this property for dirt cheap although this property came with a few plumbing/wastepipe issues. During the refurb on two separate occasions the waste pipe backed up and flooded the entire flat with sewage. The property is due to be refurbished completely internally.
