Daniel James Dennis Biography
Daniel started his real estate career with a boutique property developer in Mayfair as an equity manager raising equity for developments in the home counties.
Daniels relentless work ethic allowed him to break away and partner up with Jeroen Hoppe and create an impressive portfolio of investors and properties in the rent to rent and buy to let market securing over 50 properties in London over the last two years.
Daniel is currently heading Hatton and Vernon and has built an impressive pipeline of joint venture development deals.
Born into a family of entrepreneurs and finance enthusiasts, Daniels greatest influence is his grand farther who was a chartered accountant and is the CFO of Hatton and Vernon.
Simon Muncaster Biography
Simon Muncaster B.Sc. ACA is a graduate Chartered Accountant with 40 years’ broad experience.
Simon has had an illustrious career in accountancy and financial planning. Simon has held positions such Chief Accountant for a multinational business, CFO for educational foundations and Director of finance for publishing companies.
To this day Simon is involved with multiple businesses advising on financial strategies as well as CFO at Hatton & Vernon, a real estate development company.
